    Step 01

    Farm Selection

    We work with partner farms in the Central Highlands and Binh Phuoc chosen for altitude, soil and farming practice.

    • Farm visits before every new season
    • Shade trees and responsible water use
    • Plot geolocation recorded for traceability
  2. HarvestingCoffee Oct – Jan · Cashew Feb – May

    Step 02

    Harvesting

    Coffee cherries are picked at peak ripeness and cashew nuts collected as they fall — timing that decides the final cup and kernel.

    • Ripe-cherry picking for Arabica and Fine Robusta
    • Same-day delivery to drying yards
    • Lot codes assigned at intake
  3. ProcessingCoffee S13–S18 · Cashew WW160–WW450

    Step 03

    Processing

    Natural, washed and honey processing for coffee; steaming, shelling, drying and peeling for cashews.

    • Hulling, polishing and density sorting
    • Optical color sorting for both crops
    • Grading by screen size or kernel count
  4. Quality ControlMoisture ≤ 12.5% coffee · ≤ 5% cashew

    Quality Control

    Every lot is tested before bagging, and you approve a pre-shipment sample before it ships.

    • Moisture, defect and screen analysis
    • Cupping for coffee, count and color for cashews
    • SGS or Vinacontrol inspection on request

    Step 05

    Packaging

    Packed to protect quality on long ocean voyages — or under your own brand.

    • 60 kg jute bags with GrainPro liners
    • Vacuum tins or foil bags for cashews
    • Private-label retail packs available
  6. Export & LogisticsWorldwide shipping

    Step 06

    Export & Logistics

    We book space, prepare every document and track each container until it reaches your port.

    • FOB, CFR or CIF from Vietnam
    • Phytosanitary, C/O and fumigation certificates
    • Proactive updates until arrival
