What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is one 20ft container per product — about 19.2 MT of green coffee or roughly 700 cartons (15.9 MT) of cashew kernels. For first orders and specialty lots we can arrange smaller LCL shipments.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. We send pre-shipment samples of the exact lot you will receive, usually within 3 business days by international courier. Tell us your grade and destination in the quote form and we'll arrange it.
Which payment terms do you accept?
We work with T/T (deposit with balance against shipping documents), irrevocable L/C at sight, and CAD. Long-term buyers can discuss more flexible terms with our export team.
How long does shipping take?
Typical ocean transit from Vietnam is 7–12 days to Japan and Korea, 15–20 days to the Middle East, 18–25 days to the US West Coast and 28–35 days to Northern Europe, plus 2–4 weeks of preparation after contract.
Do you offer private label or OEM packing?
Yes. We roast coffee to your profile and pack roasted coffee and cashews in retail bags, jars or pouches carrying your brand, from 2,000 kg per blend for coffee and 5 MT for roasted cashews.
How do you guarantee consistent quality?
Each lot is tested for moisture, screen size, defects and cup profile, and shipped only after you approve the pre-shipment sample. Independent inspection by SGS or Vinacontrol can be added to any contract.
Can your coffee meet EU deforestation (EUDR) requirements?
For EU-bound coffee we collect plot-level geolocation data from our partner farms and provide the traceability information your due-diligence statement needs. Ask our team for the details of a specific lot.
